Pictures are now
available from the party at Sweet Herbal Garden and Clinic. Noi started
about one week before the 27th to get ready. Foods were prepared and
pumpkin pies were baked. The shelters were obtained from the village
and erected tables and chairs were also borrowed from the village and
arranged.

The old cars
and drivers that were to be featured were asked to attend. The school
band and singers were requested. At least 150 people were invited and
about 130 came with food, drinks or a donation to the Clinic.

A very successful party was enjoyed by all.

When MorNoi Clinic wanted to make a web site we asked the Computer club in Chiang Mai who we should get. They gave us several names, but said the best was Grant Wills from XanDreams.com

We were lucky to get him when we did and he fixed us up with a very good web site for our Garden and Clinic.. It was beautifully done at a reasonable cost, so we are very satisfied and are getting many hits as a result, particularly from overseas patients visiting Thailand.

The Christmas, New Year and Birthday party on the 27th of December at the Herbal Garden was very fine with entertainment, beautiful old cars and great food.

I must say that the highlight of the meal were the beautiful pies made by Noi for the event. She gave us apple and pumpkin pies that were superb. She had only learned to make pies from one of her patients a year ago, but the result was wonderful.

I really enjoyed the pumpkin which I had not had from Noi Cuisine before. It was very tasty and full flavored made with local pumpkins. No pie mix for this lady! If this is a sample, I recommend
Noi Cuisine.

Christmas - New Year's Party

MorNoi Clinic is having a party.

Everyone is invited to a party on Saturday 27th December at 5 pm.

We will have many old cars to show you. A Thai musical by the college of Dramatic Arts will be presented. Also there will be gift drawings and fun for all.

The entrance will be by bringing a pot luck dish or giving 100 Baht donation.

We hope to see you at our garden on the 27th at 5pm.

Noi cuisine - Saudi Arabia - Thai cooking School

During about 10 years of the 20 years Bud spent working in Saudi Arabia; Noi was with him taking care of his children. Women who are married to foreigners working in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to drive any vehicle, work at any job or go around in inappropriate clothes. They are supposed to shop with their husbands or other male relative and spend 90% of their time close to their home. As a result about all they do everyday is keep house and cook. Noi had many friends in our large compound from all over the world and they would meet at each others houses to try out new recipes from different countries. There were many nationalities in Saudi so Noi taught Thai dishes to other women and learned new dishes from them. She can cook many types of food.

When we were building the herbal garden Noi wanted to teach cooking so we built a cooking school on the property. Later at a result of her herbal garden she decided to be a herbal doctor and also teach cooking and nutrition as a part of her practice of natural medicine.

Noi teaches with a passion and a love of her subject. She has people coming back to stay at Sweet Herbal Garden year after year from all over the world to further their Thai cooking skills and for healing at the clinic. Many also come back to relax in the tranquil setting of the garden and enjoy the good food.

Due to her heavy clinic schedule Noi usually will teach cooking one day a week on Sunday unless there is an advance reservation for a different day. She likes to have between 2 and 6 people in each class for more personal attention. The cost per person is 1,500 THB which includes all food purchases, lunch and pick up and return to your hotel or guest house in Chiang Mai. Both amateur and professional cooks are welcomed.

Noi teaches with a passion and love of her subject.
Noi has people coming back to stay at Sweet Herbal Gardens year after year from all over the world to further their Thai cooking skills and to relax in the tranquil setting of the gardens.
Many come back for healing at the Clinic.

I can ascertain to the power of her hands. I came out here to the Clinic to build the web site for Bud and Noi. As soon as she new I had bad pain in my right arm and hand from to many years at the computer keys she had me in the clinic for a check up. After the first treatment the constant pain was gone. The next 2 sessions she worked on my whole body and also removed the deep pain from my hands.
(the pain when I applied pressure).

Sweet Herbal Gardens | Noi's Cooking School

Sweet Herbal Gardens and Clinic
is the ideal setting for Noi's cooking school.
Set on over 11 Rai of lush Herb Gardens and beautiful Home stay accommodations.
It is only 20 min or so out of the Chiang Mai center, at Mae Jo.

The Herb garden and grounds are Bud and Noi's project.

The Clinic and cooking school are Noi's.

People come from all over the world to learn Noi's skills.
You can stay for a week, or travel out to the Sunday cooking class.

Price for the Sunday cooking class is 1500 Baht per person and includes pick up and delivery from your Hotel and lunch.

Rooms are from 350 Baht a night including meals.
